Mindy Huang
Keeper of Order
Mindy Huang (she/her) is the team’s keep-everything-in-order person. Mindy is the proud daughter of immigrants. She grew up in Seattle but has spent much of her life traveling. Her ongoing goal is to completely fill every passport before it expires. Mindy brings her organizational skills and fast typing (144 words per minute) to Equity Matters. She is fluent in Cantonese and dabbles in Mandarin, Japanese, and Korean. Outside of work she can be found trekking, jigsaw puzzling, making jewelry, and planning her next trip.

My friends are never really sure if I'm in town. I love hiking for the views and solo traveling to hard-to-reach places. After testing my limits in 2021 by hiking the Grand Canyon Rim-to-Rim in 10 hours, I've since adventured to Socotra (Yemen), Gokyo Ri and Renjo La (Nepal), the O Circuit (Patagonia), and if you're reading this after July 2023, K2 Base Camp and Gondogoro La (Pakistan)! I'm usually questioning my life decisions partway through and yet, here I am. Maybe one day I'll learn how to take a relaxing vacation. Feel free to talk to me about the outdoors, travel, and all the yummy food I inhale to keep me going.
