As a team of women of color mainly working in white spaces, we know how crucial nurturing connection and care among women of color is to our well-being. Let’s create a space to bring our whole selves; a space for joy, laughter, wit, charm, and sass; a space to bring the full depth of our identities beyond race and gender; a space for us. Our purpose is connection and care designed around the songs of powerful women of color. Join us as we leave behind ‘deliverables, tasks, and outputs’ and focus on our well-being.
